Don't worry. You have up to 30 calendar days from when you receive the order to decide whether to keep it or not. We will refund your money the moment you decide to make your return.
To return one or more items, they must retain all labels and be in perfect condition.
Returning or exchanging the items in your order is very simple and hassle-free.
You have a period of 30 days from when you receive it to do so. In addition, we process our returns with Reveni , so we instantly refund the money for your order the moment you decide to initiate the return and we can pick it up at your home or have it deposited at a “collection point”.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange and/or return. For international returns, €9.99 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. For returns from Spain, €4.5 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
